Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Site Coordination & Execution

Supervise and coordinate site activities as per approved civil drawings and project timelines.
Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained during execution.

Drawing & Documentation

Prepare and review civil drawings, estimates, Bill of Materials (BOM), and bar charts for project planning and execution.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of site progress and resources.

Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with project managers, mechanical/electrical officers, contractors, engineers, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Resolve site-related issues through effective communication and coordination.

Team Supervision

Lead and guide site supervisors and labour teams in daily activities.
Monitor manpower deployment and productivity.

Project Monitoring

Track project progress against schedules and report deviations.
Assist in resource planning and procurement coordination.

Key Requirements:

Education:
Diploma / Graduate Civil Engineer.
Experience:
4- 10 years
Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
