Job Description Job Summary: The Country Manager will oversee the daily operations of Doka India, acting as the primary point of contact for all internal and external matters. This role involves coordinating with various departments, implementing business strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Country Manager will work closely with the Managing Director and other senior leaders to drive growth and achieve company objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management: o Oversee day-to-day operations in Doka India. o Ensure smooth coordination across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and HR departments. o Address operational challenges promptly and efficiently. 2. Stakeholder Management: o Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and the Area Management Board. o Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. 5. Product Strategy: o Jointly discuss and decide with the MD on the Protection Screen system proposals to customers. o Avoid duplication of efforts and optimize resource utilization. o Ensure that customer proposals align with Doka India's business interests. 6. Financial Management: o Oversee the financial performance of Doka India. o Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and financial targets. o Implement cost control measures to improve profitability. 7.
