Key Responsibilities

• To Plan, coordinate, and manage interface with various stakeholders and simultaneous operations happening across the project.

• In good understanding of construction procedure, materials and project management principles related to any three of the following WBS i.e., Ground Improvement; Rotary and Static equipment foundation; Infrastructure development which includes underground utilities, roads, various types of fencing; Process and Non-Process Buildings, Precast Pipe racks, Tankages; Dewatering and Shoring System.

• Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities

• Determine and optimize the needed resources (equipment, materials, and manpower) for effective and efficient execution of the project within the ACES from start till mechanical completion.

• Ensure that the subcontractors allocated to the site are performing their scope as per LTEC Terms and Conditions, Responsibility Matrix.

• Timely mitigating issues that normally prop up during the phase of the project thereby eliminating the risks of claims, overshooting of milestone dates and completion period.

• Ensure that all activities direct or indirect are carried out with full awareness with respect to the project specifications, battery limits, safety of men and machinery and meeting the industry quality criteria of the structure to be constructed.

• Attending the project review meeting with the customer and to ensure that the trust remains intact.

• Ensure that HSE and integral part of project execution protecting the environment and developing facilities that are safe and healthy to all workforce at site.

• Evaluate the progress and prepare a detailed MIS reports flagging the areas of improvements done and the areas of concerns with suggested solutions.

• Ensuring that the project is executed by implementation of Carbon and Water Initiatives taken by corporate.

• Digitization of various resources and productivity

• Innovation and Automation to make the construction activities safer and more productive
