Senior Civil Engineer

• Job Location Mumbai (Andheri East)
• Exp – 3+ yrs
• Salary – 5lpa – 6 lpa max (as per overall work exp and skills)
• Educational Qualifications: B. E. / B. Tech. in Civil

Role & Requirements:

• Repairs, maintenance, modifications & upgradation of the infrastructure.
• Operation & maintenance of firefighting, SWD, sewage & water supply systems.
• Regular inspection, testing & monitoring of the installations including analysis & corrective actions.
• Implementation of PPM strictly adhering to standard checklists.
• Attending breakdowns, perform root cause analysis and align strategy to minimize its recurrence.
• Ensuring timely closure of complaints.
• Timely update & maintain records of assets, spares, data, log entries, drawings, PPM, serviceability, breakdowns, meter readings, consumptions, complaints, incidents, audits, ATRs, expenses etc.
• Regular monitoring of water consumption & implementation of water conservation initiatives.
• Processing water bills and ensuring its payment is made on time.
• Ensuring timely disposal of all related scrap material adopting standard disposal practice.
• Maintaining serviceability of civil installations.
• Monitoring & maintaining stock of all required critical items / spares.
• Supervision & management of contractual works & ensure compliance to agreed SLAs.
• Preparing proposals based on actual site study including BOQ, drawings & relevant documents.
• Creation of material & service codes in SAP.
• Making service entries and processing vendor bills in SAP.

• Opex & Capex works

  : Budgeting, estimation, preparing proposals, obtaining approvals, planning, timely execution with special care for cost, quality & safety, monitoring, obtaining approvals of EOT, CAR & extra items, inspections, testing, de-snagging, site handover to user, documentations, taking measurements & processing vendor bills.
• Ensuring compliance to all applicable standards, statutory requirements, standard practices, OEM recommendations, procedures, safety norms, security guidelines, agreed clauses etc.
• Participation in team development activities and training program.
• Implementation of TPM, 5S and innovative ideas.
• Ensuring certifications, inspections, testing & calibrations are done on or before the due date.
