Senior Civil Engineer

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have 5-9 years of experience in the job market, and possess a strong technical background in civil engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing various civil engineering projects, and ensuring that they are completed efficiently, on-time and within budget. The candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders. This is a full-time position based in India.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion
• Develop project plans, budgets and timelines
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment and materials
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians
• Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and specifications
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• 5-9 years of experience in civil engineering projects
• Strong technical background in civil engineering
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other civil engineering software
• Experience in managing project budgets and timelines
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to conduct site visits and inspections
