Commerce background who is good at money collections, calling clients from time to time for making the payments which are due. Basically, client relationship management profile. (If the person has worked or headed the recovery team of any company or collections team of any Real Estate or Builders company, it will be perfect)

All Liaison work with BMC, Revenue department in concerned of development of land subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction. Liaison for various NOC required for sanctioning of Building (e.g. CFO NOC, Tree NOC, MTNL NOC, Traffic NOC, HE NOC etc., M & E NOC, PWD Dept.) Dealing with Architect /Licensed Surveyor & Structural Engineer related to the project and intimating them as required. Corresponding with concerned department as whereas required. Obtaining approval from the departments from obtaining I.O.D/ I.O.A. / Commencement of the project upto Occupation Certificate from the concerned department / authority. Coordination with site engineers and in-house engineers, architects etc.
