Job Description Conduct quality checks for Fruits & Vegetables at inward, storage, and dispatch stages. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer expectations. Monitor shelf life and handle product grading and sorting. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and dispatch teams for quality assurance. Manage rejection, repacking, and waste control processes. Maintain quality reports and daily records for audits and reviews. Train and supervise sorting/labour staff on hygiene and quality handling.
