Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to resolve issues and ensure seamless project execution. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with specifications. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, material usage, and labor deployment. Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges that arise during construction, implementing effective solutions. Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones and report on progress to senior management, highlighting any potential delays or issues. Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: 1–2 years in civil engineering, preferably in building projects.
