Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of power electronics components including: Inductors Transformers Chokes EMI Filters Collaborate with cross-functional teams on PCB integration, thermal management, and EMI/EMC compliance. Conduct simulation, modeling, and validation of designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., ANSYS Maxwell, MATLAB/Simulink, PSIM, Altium, etc.). Select appropriate magnetic materials, cores, and winding strategies for performance optimization. Ensure compliance with international standards for safety, reliability, and electromagnetic compatibility. Guide the prototype development, testing, and performance evaluation of designed components. Mentor and support junior engineers in design methodologies and best practices. Candidate Requirements Education: B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or related fields.
