Key areas:

Responsible for bulk hiring recruitments in
Non IT Blue collar/ bulk hiring (only for staffing business).
Exposure in
Job Portals, Headhunting, Advertising, Referencing and field hiring.
Responsible for sourcing/screening and processing of candidates to clients
Manage client drives and client interaction for bulk hiring closures.
Open to build and maintain blue collar database by visiting markets/developing references.
