The Role

As a Recruiter you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading an end to end recruitment process

• Proactively work on sourcing whenever required
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, negotiating job offers, and facilitating onboarding for selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for BFSI roles, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence related to BFSI talent acquisition, and provide recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Ensuring candidate and hiring manager great experience by frequent updates and communication
• Collaborating with recruitment team members to ensure meeting recruitment objectives and milestones
• Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
• Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives

Skills & Experience

You’ll need to demonstrate:

• Must have experience in managing recruitment processes & sourcing activities as well as working directly with Hiring Managers
• In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, including roles, skills, and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach
