Job Title: Recruiter Specialist – Blue Collar Hiring Location: Indore (Work from Office) Time: 9 Am to 6 PM Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2-5 Years in Blue Collar Recruitment About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter Specialist who excels in hiring blue-collar candidates across various job functions such as delivery executives, field staff, drivers, technicians, warehouse workers, and more. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring and a solid network in blue-collar talent pools. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist blue-collar candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and field recruitment. Partner with operations and business teams to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Build a strong pipeline of candidates using innovative and low-cost sourcing techniques. Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain recruitment metrics and submit daily/weekly hiring reports. Develop relationships with local training institutes, placement cells, NGOs, and labor unions to source talent. Handle bulk hiring campaigns and recruitment drives. Ensure smooth documentation and background verification process of selected candidates. Requirements: Proven experience (2+ years) in recruiting blue-collar workforce. Strong network and understanding of blue-collar job markets. Experience using job portals like OLX Jobs, Apna, WorkIndia, QuikrJobs, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets. Knowledge of local languages is a plus. Familiarity with recruitment tracking systems and Excel reporting.
