Key Responsibilities

1.Category-specific brand strategy & execution

Support development and implementation of brand plans for defined categories—conducting competitor benchmarking, category performance reviews, and strategic positioning across segments.

2.Consumer and market insights

Gathering consumer behavior data, segmentation analysis, and trend forecasting to inform category strategies and campaign development.

3.Campaign coordination & implementation

Collaborate with marketing, creative and sales to develop category-led marketing campaigns, seasonal activations, and promotional rollouts.

4.Brand consistency & guidelines

Ensure messaging and visuals remain aligned with brand identity across category campaigns, working with design teams to maintain cohesion across touchpoints (social and digital)

5.Performance tracking & reporting

Monitor category-level KPIs (sales, market share, digital engagement), prepare routine performance dashboards, and analyze effectiveness to optimize future executions.

6.Cross-functional collaboration

Work closely with product, merchandising, design, and logistics teams to coordinate launch timelines, inventory planning, and promotional readiness at the category level.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:

    Minimum

    1 year

    in brand management, category marketing, or equivalent in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or luxury sectors 
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising or related field preferred.
  • Analytical abilities:

    Capable of interpreting trend data, consumer insights, campaign metrics, and making actionable recommendations.
  • Creative and strategic mindset:

    Comfortable blending creative campaign thinking with strategic alignment to category objectives.
  • Communication skills:

    Excellent verbal and written ability to develop briefs, reports, and presentations.
  • Tools proficiency:

    Experienced with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social listening tools) is a plus.
  • Organizational skills:

    Strong project-management ability to coordinate timelines across multiple categories and stakeholders.
