Brand Executive

Role:

You're the one keeping the chaos in check across brand at Masters Union. You'll assist in planning, coordinating, and executing brand and content projects end-to-end. Basically, you're the engine behind the madness that keeps the whole thing moving.

Your Typical JD Checklist:

• Location:

  DLF Cyber Mark, Gurgaon (work from office)

• Work Timings:

  10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday

• CTC:

  Based on experience and skills

• Experience:

  2-3 years in content, creative, or brand roles

• Reporting To:

  Brand Manager -Masters Union Creative Studio

What You'll Be Responsible For:

1. Project Coordination

• Own daily project ops and timelines content calendars, campaign trackers, agency follow-ups
• Work closely with Brand Manager, internal teams, and external agencies.
• Be the keeper of Notion, folders, documents, and all things structure

2. Content Support

• Compile briefs, references, and scripts for content and campaigns
• Help review, proofread, and publish content across platforms
• Maintain updated content banks, highlight decks, and asset trackers

3. Agency & Partner Management

• Assist in onboarding and managing vendors and agencies.
• Coordinate deliverables, get approvals, and document feedback loops.

4. Events & PR

• Support in planning and executing brand events, panels, IPs.
• Handle the behind-the-scenes from RSVP lists to venue logistics
• Coordinate with PR agencies and help draft or format story ideas.

What You Need To Know:

Must-Have Skills:

• Project management and agency coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Know how of social platforms - Twitter, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, Instagram
• A good sense of design
• Experience in handling event logistics
• Organized with systems docs, trackers, workflows
• Comfortable with Notion, Google Sheets, Miro, Figma, Canva
