E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will oversee product listings, order processing, inventory management, logistics coordination to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing & Catalog Management:

Upload and manage product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Ajio, Myntra, etc.) and website.

Ensure accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and images.

• Order & Inventory Management:

Monitor and process daily orders across platforms.

Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.

Track inventory levels, avoid stockouts, and update platforms accordingly.

• Platform Coordination:

Liaise with marketplace account managers for promotions, account health, and issue resolution.

Monitor platform performance metrics like ratings, delivery scores, and returns.

• Reporting & Analysis:

Generate sales and operations reports for internal review.

Analyze data to improve efficiency and sales performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
• Familiarity with major marketplaces like Amazon, Ajio, Myntra, etc.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and order/inventory management tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce CMS like Shopify, Magento, etc.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, or PPC is a plus.
• Experience in fashion/lifestyle category is an added advantage.
