About the Role:

E-commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify and Magento) and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Nykaa and Insta marts like:- Swiggy etc.).
  • Sales & Performance Optimization:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, increase AOV (Average Order Value), and maximize ROI.
  • Product Listings & Merchandising:

  • Oversee product uploads, categorization, SEO-rich descriptions, images, and stock accuracy to ensure optimized listings.
  • Digital Marketing Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team for paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and influencer activities to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Customer Journey & UX:

  • Analyze customer behavior, review funnel metrics, and ensure a seamless and personalized user experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Inventory & Order Management:

  • Coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain teams to manage stock levels, logistics, and timely order fulfillment.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Generate regular performance reports on KPIs such as sales, traffic, CAC, conversion, and bounce rate; identify insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Team & Vendor Management:

  • Manage internal e-com team and coordinate with third-party vendors, developers, and agency partners for smooth execution of e-commerce projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    5 years

    of relevant e-commerce experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG categories.
  • Proven success in scaling online revenue and managing multi-channel e-commerce operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, etc.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in managing D2C websites and third-party marketplaces.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and email automation platforms.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing / E-commerce / Digital Business (preferred, not mandatory).
