About the Role

We are hiring an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage marketplace accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other platforms. The role focuses on boosting sales through enhanced product listings, catalog optimization, pricing strategies, and daily operations. You will manage complete marketplace workflows, monitor performance, and ensure steady growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Marketplace Account Management

  • Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other platforms.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, SEO-optimized, and visually appealing.
  • Update catalog details, pricing, offers, and promotions.
  • Track order flow, inventory sync, and ensure smooth dispatch coordination.

  • Listing Optimization & Growth

    • Create enhanced brand content (EBC/A+), rich product descriptions, and high-quality listings.
    • Conduct keyword research to improve discoverability and organic ranking.
    • Handle category approvals, listing issues, and compliance checks.
    • Implement strategies to boost conversions and ranking.

  • Sales Analysis & Reporting

    • Monitor daily sales, buy box status, and category performance.
    • Analyze competitor data, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Troubleshooting & Coordination

    • Resolve claims, returns, penalties, and account health issues.
    • Coordinate with warehouse, content, and marketing teams for operations and campaigns.
    • Maintain strong communication with marketplace account managers (AMs).


  • Qualifications & Skills Required

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
    • Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio dashboards and tools.
    • Experience in creating enhanced listings, SEO, and catalog optimization.
    • Good understanding of e-commerce logistics, promotions, and order operations.
    • Strong analytical mindset with good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
    • Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
