Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end e-commerce operations

  for marketplaces including

  Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO

  , and upcoming D2C channels.
• Handle

  Myntra Seller/Partner Portal

  for product listings, pricing, catalog uploads, offer sheets, optimization, and campaign planning.
• Work with category managers on

  visibility plans, sale events, AMP/marketing spends, pricing strategy

  , and new collection launches.
• Analyze

  sales reports, performance dashboards, profit margins, returns & RTO percentages

  , and implement actions for improvement.
• Coordinate with

  warehouse, dispatch & logistics

  teams to ensure smooth order flows and SLA compliance.
• Monitor

  inventory, stock aging, replenishment

  planning and create demand forecasts.
• Lead

  cataloging activities

  including content optimization, size charts, keyword optimization, and creative asset coordination.
• Improve customer experience through

  review management, escalations handling

  , packaging quality enhancement, and NPS insights.
• Track

  competitors, pricing trends, best-seller products

  , and research new category opportunities.
• Manage platform

  marketing budgets and paid campaigns

  to boost visibility & conversions.
• Maintain strong vendor and platform relationships.
  

Skills & Experience Required

• Prior experience managing

  Myntra marketplace operations

  is

  mandatory

  .
• Strong knowledge of online fashion retail & marketplace operations.
• Advanced Excel and analytical ability to interpret performance data.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in

  startup environment

  .
• Ability to manage multiple product launches and timelines.
