Job Description Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with product information, pricing, order processing, and issue resolution. Provide support and guidance to customers regarding product features, usage, and troubleshooting. Effectively manage customer complaints and concerns, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers. Uphold company values and standards while representing the brand positively in all customer interactions. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to the achievement of customer satisfaction goals. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
