Amazon Global Sales and Advertising Expert

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled E-commerce Manager with expertise in Amazon Global Sales and Amazon Advertising to lead our international marketplace growth. The role demands strong operational knowledge of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and proven expertise in running successful Amazon Ads campaigns to maximize sales and profitability across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth across Amazon global marketplaces (US, UK, EU, Middle East, Asia, etc.).
• Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central operations, including FBA/FBM logistics, compliance, and account health.
• Develop and execute advanced Amazon Advertising strategies (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve ad performance and reduce ACoS.
• Optimize product listings with SEO-rich titles, descriptions, bullet points, and A+ content for better visibility and conversions.
• Monitor campaign KPIs (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate) and implement continuous optimizations.
• Plan and execute promotions, deals, and pricing strategies to strengthen product ranking and market share.
• Forecast demand, manage global inventory, and coordinate supply chain with FBA warehouses.
• Generate detailed sales, advertising, and performance reports, sharing actionable insights with management.
• Stay ahead of Amazon algorithm changes, advertising tools, and global e-commerce trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Global Sales and Amazon Advertising.
• Proven track record of scaling sales and optimizing ads across multiple international marketplaces.
• Strong expertise in Amazon PPC with high ROI campaign execution.
• Proficiency in tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, Sellics, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
