  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Provide support and guidance to customers regarding product features, usage, and troubleshooting.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints and concerns, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers.
  • Uphold company values and standards while representing the brand positively in all customer interactions.
  • Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to the achievement of customer satisfaction goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
