Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our team at Speedioo. The primary responsibility of this role is to call leads, follow up with customers and transfer qualified leads to sales team. This is sale support role. We prefer candidate form real estate,insurance, ecommerce , telecom, automobile industry Key Responsibilities: ● Call and qualify all incoming leads as per Speedioo’s defined process. ● Identify serious buyers/sellers and transfer qualified leads to the sales team. ● Follow up regularly with interested or cold leads to keep them engaged. ● Maintain accurate lead tagging, remarks, and status in CRM or lead sheets. ● Ensure high-quality customer interaction and represent Speedioo professionally. ● Strictly adhere to daily calling targets and lead handling SOPs.
