Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for an Ecommerce Manager at CAO Jewellery. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the online sales channels, manage digital marketing initiatives, and optimize the online customer journey. Responsibilities include monitoring e-commerce analytics, identifying growth opportunities, implementing effective sales strategies, coordinating with teams to update product listings, and ensuring high-quality customer service through online platforms. The role also involves management of promotional campaigns and exploring emerging e-commerce trends for sustained growth.
