Position Title: Corporate Beverage Manager
Reports To: Corporate Director F&BCompany: Q Collective (The Quorum)Experience: 8–12 years in luxury hospitality or premium beverage programsRole OverviewThe Corporate Beverage Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the beverage strategy across all Quorum clubs. This role combines creative program development, brand partnerships, and operational excellence to deliver a distinctive, best-in-class beverage experience aligned with The Quorum’s brand ethos.The position oversees bar operations, cocktail innovation, vendor partnerships, beverage training, and commercial collaborations across Gurugram, Mumbai, and Hyderabad, while supporting new club setups and special events.Key Responsibilities1. Beverage Strategy & Innovation • Define and execute a cohesive beverage vision across all clubs, balancing creativity, profitability, and brand alignment. • Develop and refresh cocktail menus, wine and spirits lists, and seasonal offerings in collaboration with Bar Managers and Executive Chefs. • Track global trends in mixology, sustainability, and premium beverage experiences to ensure The Quorum remains ahead of the curve. • Standardize recipes, presentation, and service rituals across outlets while allowing for local character and guest preference.2. Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with premium beverage brands for sponsorships, events, and long-term collaborations. • Work closely with the Brand and Programming teams to curate experiences that integrate partner brands seamlessly into The Quorum’s member ecosystem. • Develop annual sponsorship calendars with aligned deliverables and revenue targets. • Ensure partner visibility meets contractual terms while preserving the brand’s aesthetic and tone.3. Operational Oversight • Guide and support bar teams across all locations in implementing beverage SOPs, inventory control, and hygiene standards. • Monitor procurement practices to ensure consistency in product quality and pricing. • Conduct periodic audits on bar operations, recipe adherence, and wastage control. • Collaborate with the Finance and Procurement teams on vendor evaluation and product costing.4. Training & Development • Build beverage capability across clubs through regular bar training sessions, tastings, and certification programs. • Mentor Bar Managers to maintain a pipeline of talent aligned with brand standards. • Partner with HR to create structured beverage training modules for all service teams.5. Events & New Set-Ups • Curate beverage programs for brand-wide and member events in partnership with the Programming and Marketing teams. • Support new club openings by defining bar layouts, equipment lists, and supplier setups. • Plan launch menus, brand collaborations, and training sessions during pre-opening phases.6. Commercial & Financial Management • Drive beverage profitability through menu engineering, pricing, and cost optimization. • Set KPIs for sales, cost of goods, and sponsorship revenue across locations. • Prepare monthly reports on beverage performance, supplier efficiency, and event ROI.Key Skills & Qualifications • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field. • 8 – 12 years of experience managing beverage programs in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end clubs. • Strong relationships with beverage brands, distributors, and marketing teams. • Proven track record in curating beverage events, sponsorships, and collaborations. • Excellent palate, product knowledge, and appreciation for mixology and wine culture. • Strong business sense with comfort in P&L analysis, vendor negotiations, and reporting. • Willingness to travel between club locations frequently.Preferred Attributes • Creative thinker with a refined sense of taste and brand alignment. • Skilled communicator capable of balancing commercial and creative priorities. • Confident in representing The Quorum at industry events and partner interactions. • Hands-on operator who brings a mix of flair, structure, and leadership.
