Beverage Manager

Role Overview: As the Beverage Manager, you will lead the hotel's beverage operations to enhance guest experiences, boost revenue, and uphold service standards. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative beverage programs, overseeing a dynamic team, and ensuring compliance with safety measures. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute creative beverage menus featuring cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic options. - Keep abreast of industry trends to introduce seasonal and signature drinks. - Supervise daily beverage service in various outlets like restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, and in-room dining. - Maintain consistent product quality and service excellence. - Monitor inventory levels, manage costs, and optimize stock control. - Recruit, train, and guide bartenders and service staff in line with Shangri-La's standards. - Conduct regular training sessions on mixology, wine knowledge, and customer service. - Meet revenue goals through strategic upselling, promotions, and cost-effective practices. - Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports. - Ensure compliance with all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. - Uphold stringent hygiene and safety standards across all beverage outlets. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in premium or luxury hotels/resorts. - Profound knowledge of international wines, spirits, and mixology. - Demonstrated leadership, team management, and training skills. - Excellent communication, guest interaction, and organizational abilities.,
