Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Beverage Manager to join our team at The Leela Palace, with 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the beverage service team to ensure high-quality drinks and excellent customer service.
Develop and implement effective beverage menus and promotions to drive sales growth.
Maintain inventory and stock levels of beverages, ensuring minimal waste and optimal freshness.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor and control costs associated with beverage purchases and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing beverage services in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of beverage menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
