You will work closely with Programming and Events and support the Chief of Staff – Marketing to ensure that every campaign, asset, and activation lands exactly the way it should. If you enjoy staying organised, spotting gaps early, and bringing creative projects to life with precision, this role fits perfectly.

Who you are:

● You have 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, account management, or brand operations. Hospitality or lifestyle exposure is a strong advantage.

● You are a natural organiser who enjoys keeping projects, people, and timelines on track.

● You are sharp with details and can guide creative quality and brand alignment.

● You communicate well, collaborate easily, and manage multiple moving parts confidently.

● You are proactive, structured, and solution oriented.

● You are comfortable with tools like Notion, Figma, Canva, or basic project management platforms.

● You are a steady and positive team player.
