Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Bancassurance Sales Officer & Manager to strengthen our partnership with Channel Partner Banks. You will be responsible for driving life insurance sales through the bank's channels and building strong relationships with bank staff.

Role & responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
Conduct regular training and product knowledge sessions for bank staff.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and convert bank customers into insurance customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets for life insurance products through the bank channel.
Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all insurance and banking regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and support.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven sales experience of min 4 - 6 Years In Core Life Insurance
Strong understanding of life insurance products and the sales process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with partners.
Results-oriented and target-driven.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
