Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance of bancassurance channel by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with bank partners, and driving revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance penetration through cross-selling of products to existing bank customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, claims) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in bancassurance sales or related field.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance industry dynamics, including product knowledge and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with bank partners and customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
