Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition at Technotask Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, located in Bhopal. The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The role entails collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, developing recruitment strategies, managing candidate relationships, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The role also includes maintaining recruitment reports and analytics.


Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with hiring managers and understand job requirements
  • Proficiency in developing effective recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing candidate relationships
  • Ability to manage recruitment reports and analytics
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
