Job Description

Provides infrastructure support for recruiting through applied expertise in technology, reporting and process improvements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Talent acquisition - discover and attract excellent talent in the market as per the organizations growth needs.
  • Sourcing and screening of candidates as per position requirements.
  • Managing the requirements of the service lines within stipulated timelines.
  • Ensuring coordination with prospective candidates for their smooth onboarding.
  • Manage and support transactions related to onboarding of new employees, status changes for existing employees.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports
  • Managing recruitment related software
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Coordinates special programs for the recruiting function such as employee referrals, etc.
  • Carries out special projects and assignments.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelors degree or MBA/PGDM in Human resource from a recognized university.
  • MBA/PGDM (HR) is preferred.

Experience

  • 4-5 years of experience in related field.

Other Skills & Abilities

  • Fully competent in specific HR concepts with emphasis on staffing processes
  • Strong personal computer skills using Microsoft Office, Internet software, and human resources information system (HRIS) and applicant tracking system (ATS) applications.
  • Ability to research information and analyze data, arrive at valid conclusions and make recommendations and plan of action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
