Track purchase orders and invoices for proper documentation. Follow up on pending vendor payments and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain month-on-month financial data for reporting and analysis. Thoroughly validate invoices to ensure compliance with company policies. Manage PO creation, invoice tracking, and budgeting tracker updates. Candidate must be familiar with SAP application
