Job Title: Accounts & Finance Executive Location: On-site -- Sector 11, Panchkula, Haryana Timings: 09:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Saturday) Company: New Heights Constructions Private Limited Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end accounting operations, manage statutory compliance, coordinate with vendors, and support financial decision-making. Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Perform GST reconciliation, monthly GST filing, ESIC & EPFO compliance. Prepare delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, TDS/TCS returns, and other statutory documents. Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and books of accounts. Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, P&L statements, and cash flow reports. Conduct vendor follow-ups for material delivery, returns, and settlement of balances. Prepare quotations, measurement books (MB), and material purchase records. Manage net banking transactions, payments, receipts, and online financial workflows. Coordinate with vendors to compare quotations and negotiate the best deals. Handle budgeting, forecasting, and support internal audits. Draft professional emails, respond to queries, and maintain communication logs. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulatory guidelines. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), Diploma in Accounting & Taxation, Diploma in Financial Management. Professional certifications preferred: CA, CPA, CMA/ICWA, CA-Inter, CMA-Inter. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office. Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, TCS, ESIC, EPFO filings. Ability to prepare and finalize Balance Sheets and Financial Statements. Knowledge of financial accounting, bookkeeping, and regulatory compliance. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills for budgeting and forecasting. Excellent English writing skills for professional email communication. Strong verbal communication skills for vendor coordination and negotiations. High attention to detail, organizational abilities, and capability to meet deadlines. Experience in the construction/real-estate sector will be a significant plus.
