Purpose/Objective

Executive- Receivable Management

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Responsible for Customer contract management, execution and periodic review of implementation of Customer contracts. - Adherence to the process for timely & accurate collection from Customers and driving collection as per the credit policy and timely accounting. - To ensure stringent follow up with Customers for timely Collection Accounting. - To Execute Collection Accounting & Customer Clearing as per applicable tax compliance - To Ensure accurate & timely customer refund & collection accounting as per nature of transaction. - To ensure closure of Receivable Period as per month end closing timeline & Reports are flashed accurately & as per defined timeline. - To drive Monthly & Quarterly Financial reporting process related to Revenue Billing including coordination with Statutory Auditors , Internal Auditors driving the overall compliance in the process of Revenue accounting reporting. - Close Partnering with Business teams for identifying opportunities for Streamlining the receivables management process and generating value proposition for the organization. - Execute the controls related to Customer Billing, Receivables, Security Deposits management and end to end Process related to Revenue & Contract Management. - Conceptualizing new ideas for process improvement, driving automation, digitalization, technology interventions

Technical Competencies

Process & system orientation (SAP manual entry),Functional knowledge (Accounting & commercial laws),Knowledge of Biiling and collections,Quality management (Internal/external auditors-resolution of queries)

Qualifications and Experience

- B Com/ M.Com/ MBA Finance with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience - Exposure in the GCC/SSC will be an advantage.
