We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, monthly closing, banking coordination, and compliance-related work. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and good coordination skills.
Perform day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate entries in the system.
Coordinate monthly closing activities and ensure timelines are met.
Assist in preparation of Monthly MIS and variance analysis.
Assist in preparation of Monthly Fund Flow statements.
Coordinate with bank for LC, BG, and other credit facilities.
Complete all banking entries and ensure Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) are updated regularly.
Handle Import and Export documentation and submit required documents to the bank.
Prepare and submit monthly stock reports to the bank.
B. Com or equivalent qualification. 0 to 2 years of experience in accounting (freshers with strong accounting knowledge will be considered).
Good understanding of basic accounting principles, journal entries, and ledger processes.
Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP) preferred.
Understanding of banking processes, TDS, and import/export documentation will be an added advantage.
