Job Description

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 people, ensuring the delivery on Service Level Agreements, and providing guidance and leadership to the teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Hiring Managers and Regional Recruiters to discuss job needs, selection process, and keeping them updated - Tracking and reporting on hiring progress, as well as maintaining records - Implementing employer branding strategies to highlight company culture and attract talent - Conducting performance management activities such as succession planning, employee engagement initiatives, and strategies for improving employee retention - Leading training and development efforts by conducting training need analysis and coordinating training sessions - Ensuring data integrity in HR systems and implementing best practices to support TA processes - Identifying gaps, proposing changes, and implementing risk-mitigating strategies - Driving performance improvement and positive changes in people management - Fostering a collaborative approach to improve team performance and build a unified team mindset - Engaging in professional development to grow in your profession and remain current - Utilizing strong interpersonal and client management skills, decision-making abilities, and coaching skills - Implementing Quality tools and techniques for process improvement - Demonstrating a thorough understanding of planning, forecasting, and scheduling to meet SLAs and adherence to defined parameters - Being willing to work in EST or PST shifts, including weekends, with 3 months of WFO on all 5 days Qualifications required for this role include: - Spanish Language Skill (Both Verbal and Written) - Graduate in any discipline - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Experience working with Microsoft Office suite - High-energy and passion with a demonstrated ability to meet quotas Must-have skills for this role are: - Spanish Language Skills - Outbound Calling - Inbound Calls - Customer Service Good-to-have skills include: - US Recruitment - Onboarding - Good Excel Skills You are expected to possess the qualifications and skills mentioned above to excel in this role.,
