Position: Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition
Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist – HR will be responsible for driving the complete recruitment lifecycle across diverse industries such as Biotech, Agriculture, Artificial Intelligence, Manufacturing, Chemical, and FMCG. This is a pure Talent Acquisition role with a strong focus on senior management and leadership hiring. The role requires a proactive recruiter with 4+ years of experience in strategic hiring, market mapping, and headhunting. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder, able to partner closely with business leaders to attract and onboard top talent that aligns with the company’s vision and growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition :
· Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment cycles across multiple departments (both tech and non-tech, as applicable).
· Collaborate closely with business leaders and the Head of HR to understand workforce requirements and define accurate job descriptions.
· Source and attract candidates through multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, internal databases, and employee referral programs.
· Conduct resume screening, preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling, assessments, and final selection.
· Track and drive recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire (TAT), cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and overall candidate experience.
· Build and nurture talent pipelines to ensure readiness for future hiring needs.
· Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
· Contribute to employer branding initiatives by enhancing candidate engagement and positioning the company as an employer of choice.
Skills and Requisites:
· Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience of TA of 4+ years
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
