Handle End to end recruitment for all Bhagwati Group of Companies Expertise in sourcing through various search engines and platforms coordinate with placement consultant and manager hiring pipelines Ensure timely and quality recruitment aligned with organizational needs. A Recruitment Manager manages the entire hiring process, from drafting job descriptions and posting ads to screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. They work to attract, source, and retain talent by partnering with hiring Sr.managers, maintaining candidate relationships, and using recruiting software and social media to find and engage qualified applicants. Key responsibilities also include managing the candidate experience and providing data-driven reports on recruitment performance.  Key skills and qualifications Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software. Familiarity with social media and online tools for sourcing candidates. Strong organizational and time management abilities. An understanding of HR recruitment best practices. A degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
