Assistant Manager– Talent Acquisition

Location: Kochi

Experience: 8+ years

Team Size: 8 recruiters (Pan-India)

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will lead end-to-end hiring for sales and service roles across India and selective Middle East positions. The role involves managing a high-performing TA team, delivering volume hiring for turnkey projects, and partnering with business leaders on workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

Own complete talent acquisition lifecycle: sourcing to onboarding
Lead and manage a team of 8 recruiters across locations
Deliver high-volume hiring for turnkey projects and steady replacement hiring
Partner with business leaders on annual hiring plans
Track recruitment metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement
Build strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing methods
Drive employer branding and social media hiring initiatives
Manage ATS, job portals, and recruitment vendors

Education Keywords (Mandatory / Preferred)

MBA / PGDM – Human Resources
Post Graduate in HR / Psychology / Organizational Behavior
Full-time postgraduate degree preferred
