Role Overview

  • The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will lead end-to-end hiring for sales and service roles across India and selective Middle East positions. The role involves managing a high-performing TA team, delivering volume hiring for turnkey projects, and partnering with business leaders on workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own complete talent acquisition lifecycle: sourcing to onboarding
  • Lead and manage a team of 8 recruiters across locations
  • Deliver high-volume hiring for turnkey projects and steady replacement hiring
  • Partner with business leaders on annual hiring plans
  • Track recruitment metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement
  • Build strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing methods
  • Drive employer branding and social media hiring initiatives
  • Manage ATS, job portals, and recruitment vendors

Education Keywords (Mandatory / Preferred)

  • MBA / PGDM – Human Resources
  • Post Graduate in HR / Psychology / Organizational Behavior
  • Full-time postgraduate degree preferred
