Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Reporting to AGM HR

5 Days Working

Timing - 10 to 7 PM

Location - Yerwada - Pune

Recruitment/Talent Acquisition

Responsible for recruitment entire life cycle, such as sourcing profiles from various job portals (Naukri& Linkedin) posting job openings on company's careers website and on various portals. Handling referrals, walk-ins etc.
Conducting initial phone screening and evaluating candidates based on JDs. Organizing and conducting tests of the candidates, taking first round of the interview, shortlisting candidates and to co-ordinate for further round of Interviews and taking continuous follow ups for the shortlisted profiles.
Coordination with vendors in case of premium requirement, Vendor Management, Managing vendor agreements.
Post interview documentation verification.
Salary negotiation and closure in given budget.
Salary fitment, database updating and floating offer.
Maintain recruitment tracker.

Responsible for manpower planning, budgeting, and recruitment delivery.

Tracking manpower productivity and optimizing workforce.

Succession planning and attrition forecasting.

Identifying internal critical roles and mapping external talent.

Attrition analysis through gap analysis.
