You need to be a HODLer of these

• 5–7 years of relevant talent acquisition experience in a fast-growing consumer tech organization
• Expertise in non-tech hiring domains and talent mapping
• Experience managing business stakeholders
• Fluent English communication skills (both written and oral)
• Strong screening, negotiation, and closing skills
• Proven ability to deliver results within defined timelines
• Effective collaboration and consistent communication within the team
  

You will be mining through these tasks

• Partner regularly with the Talent Acquisition team, key business stakeholders, and HRBPs to close hiring requirements across non-tech roles, levels, and business units
• Ideate, implement, and execute best-in-class sourcing, screening, and interviewing initiatives to attract top talent to CoinDCX
• Follow recruitment processes to ensure compliance with audit requirements and industry best practices, while tracking key metrics (Hiring TAT, Quality of Hire, Source Efficiency, Conversion Ratios, etc.)
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for critical business roles
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position CoinDCX as a preferred employer
