Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition Specialist at Adani will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our dynamic and growing organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition, who can align recruitment strategies with business objectives while upholding Adani's core values.

- Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions

- Utilize various channels for sourcing candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

- Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other networking opportunities.

- Candidate should be well versed with the HRMS Software, ATS etc.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Willing to travel across India for managing and conducting the Walk In Drives.

- Manage the smooth onboarding of newly hires at the Site location.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for management review.
