Job Description: C&B/Payroll, HR Reporting, HR Systems & Compliance
Summary
This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of C&B data, payroll input, HR reporting, HR systems,and compliance. This role involves a blend of operational execution, strategic planning, excellent analytical skills, data analysis,MIS skills, presentation skills and a proven ability to be self motivated as an individual contributor with high-performance toensure that our HR practices are efficient, accurate, and aligned with company goals and legal requirements. This role will needto collaborate with finance as a major stakeholder.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Compensation
- Payroll Processing: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for on-roll, off-roll, and contractual employees, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Compensation Data: Create and maintain accurate compensation data, including salary structures, bonus plans, and benefits.
- Compensation Projections: Develop compensation projections and model scenarios to support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Appraisal Data: Maintain and manage appraisal data to ensure it's accurately reflected in compensation adjustments.
- Reconciliation & Compliance: Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and stay current on changes in payrollregulations to ensure continuous compliance.
- Policy Management: Develop and implement robust payroll and compensation policies and procedures.
HR Compliance
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Audit & Control: Conduct internal audits to assess compliance and manage both internal and external audits related to HR functions.
- Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders, implementing necessary changes to HR programs and policies.
HR Systems (ERP), Reporting & Analytics
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop, maintain, and analyze HR dashboards and reports (MIS) to provide actionable
- insights into key HR metrics like headcount, attrition, employee engagement, and process deviations.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing data-driven recommendations to the HOD for strategic decision-making.
- System Administration: Oversee the administration and maintenance of our HRIS/ERP system (KEKA), managing configurations, updates, and enhancements.
- Data Integrity & Security: Ensure the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of all data within HR systems and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4-8 years of progressive experience
- Experience with HRIS/ERP systems (KEKA, or any other)
- Strong analytical, MIS, Excel skills & Good communication
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
