Job Title: Asst Manager/Manager – Finance and Accounts

Location: Greater Noida (Preference to local candidates)
Experience: Minimum 12 Years (Relevant managerial experience in manufacturing preferred)
Education: B. Com (CA or M. Com preferred)
ERP Knowledge: Tally ERP & Odoo ERP (Highly Preferred)
Joining: Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1. Core Financial Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage Cash Flow and optimize Working Capital to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, and preparation of reports for senior management.
• Support statutory and internal audit processes with accurate and timely data.
• Ensure timely compliance and filings under GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement internal risk controls and financial procedures.

2. Manufacturing-Specific Expertise

• Implement and manage cost accounting systems suited for manufacturing operations.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation, tracking, and reconciliation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Conduct capital investment analysis for plant expansions, equipment purchases, and automation projects.

3. Projects-Specific Expertise

• Prepare, track, and control project budgets for custom or bulk manufacturing projects.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis on proposed and ongoing projects to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including vendors, internal teams, and clients for financial reporting and tracking.

4. Retail-Specific Expertise

• Analyse retail performance metrics including sales, margins, and profitability across stores or regions.
• Ensure PAN-India compliance with respect to multi-state GST and other regulations.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to retail teams, providing insights and support for growth initiatives.

5. Leadership & Communication

• Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounts team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Liaise with cross-functional departments to streamline financial processes.
• Communicate financial insights clearly to management and drive informed decision-making.

6. Analytical & Technological Proficiency

• Utilize Tally ERP and Odoo ERP to maintain financial records, automate workflows, and generate reports.
• Leverage data analytics for process improvements, cost savings, and performance tracking.
• Identify and implement technology-driven solutions for financial efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of accounting and financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing and retail environments.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Odoo ERP.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage financial operations end-to-end, and drive business insights.
• Candidates residing in Greater Noida or nearby locations will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
