Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts, located in Noida, with some flexibility for work from home. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining financial records. They will also handle account management tasks, provide customer service support, assist in sales activities, and manage a team.

Qualifications

Responsible for the financial operations of Fortum Charge and driving business, including reviewing and ensuring that Payables, Taxation, Revenue, Treasury, Financial Reporting, and book closure activities are executed in accordance with group processes.

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closure of books and accurate preparation of financial statements and MIS reports in line with accounting guidelines.

Finalize accounts as per IGAAP/IND AS and coordinate with statutory auditors to ensure timely audit completion.

Manage the Consolidation of Accounts at the Group level in IGAAP/IND AS, providing financial insights and reports to top management to enhance the decision-making process.

Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business performance monitoring.

Assisting in the preparation of various data for Strategic Business planning, forecasting, Analysis & reporting to top management for strategic decisions.

Qualification and Experience:

Chartered Accountant or ICWA

2yrs. + experience in Financial Reporting IGAAP/ IND AS, Controlling, Accounts Payable/Receivable Management, and MIS reporting.

Proficiency in ERP/ MS Dynamics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
