Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding products, services Provide technical support for biomedical equipment and troubleshoot common issues in coordination with the technical team. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily. Assist in processing complaint equipment received. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and logistics) to improve customer experience. Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues and customer suggestions. Preparation and review, of books of accounts. Review of daily routine accounting work Cost Analysis – Booking and checking of cost of goods sold. Variance analysis – Forecast with Actuals Accounts Receivable and Payable – reconciliation and follow-up on weekly basis. Statutory compliances – GST, TDS, etc. Man-management of team and report to Managing Director Co-ordination with Statutory Auditors for timely completion of audit and reports. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
