Job Description

  • Coordinate with the internal sales team and provide necessary support.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding products, services
  • Provide technical support for biomedical equipment and troubleshoot common issues in coordination with the technical team.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Assist in processing complaint equipment received.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and logistics) to improve customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues and customer suggestions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
