Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

We are looking for a Finance Executive to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The role involves overseeing finance functions, preparing MIS reports and budgets, and handling statutory requirements such as GST and TDS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end financial operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST and TDS.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial analysis and insights.
• Work with accounting systems to streamline processes and maintain financial records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial discipline and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in financial operations and accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
• Ability to generate and analyze MIS reports and budgets.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple finance functions simultaneously.
