Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    Responsible for all business finance activities at Port. It includes assisting the FC in Budgetary control, MIS, Accounting, Treasury & working capital management , Receivable management , Review of Financial Statements, Audits, & Statutory compliances

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Key Accountabilities :- - Coordinate annual Opex, Capex Budgets, and periodic reviews. - Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual revenue & profit performance, identify gaps - Coordination of monthly MIS preparation with GCC - Ensure Preparation of Financial statements - Cash Flow Management & short-term investment - Ensuring compliance to Internal and concurrent audits - Assisting FC in completion of statutory audits as per schedule and take actions on audit observations - Ensuring tax compliances and book hygiene activity - Supporting FC and HO in Automation projects.

Technical Competencies


    Accounting,Budgeting/MIS,Fund / Treasury Management,Taxation/Audits,IFRS/GAAP

Qualifications and Experience


    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: - CA/MBA/ICWA RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: - 2 + years of experience. - Experience in managing F & A in a large setup. - Should have experience in preparing balance sheet and handling statutory audits in the company.
