Position Overview

Finance & Accounts Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable (AP)

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable process including invoice verification, vendor reconciliation, and payment processing.
• Ensure accuracy, proper approvals, and timely recording of vendor invoices in SAP FICO.
• Monitor ageing reports and coordinate with vendors for discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with internal controls.

2. Taxation (GST & TDS)

• Ensure accurate calculation, deduction, and filing of

  TDS

  as per Income Tax regulations.
• Prepare and reconcile

  GST input/output

  , ensuring monthly/quarterly compliance.
• Support in GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations, etc.).
• Assist in resolving GST/TDS queries, notices, or audits.

3. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Analyse financial data, expense trends, and variance reports.
• Support month-end closing, provisioning, and financial reporting.
• Prepare dashboards and financial summaries using Excel and SAP.

4. SAP FICO Operations

• Post journal entries, manage GL accounting, and conduct reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end book closure and financial accuracy in SAP.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth SAP transactions and reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

• Hands-on experience with

  (mandatory).
• Excellent proficiency in

  MS Excel

  VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS dashboards, etc.

• Good communication skills and vendor management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines.
